The Dove.

"A dove are signified the truths and goods of faith with him who is to be regenerated; and he sent forth a dove from him to see"

This past weekend I, Amber, got a beautiful dove tattoo. I have two other tattoos previous to this one which was a mistake, and another which is dear to me. This dove however is a new stage, a fresh start, a born again person if you will.

This dove to me represents the chance of a lifetime, a chance to be who I am, a chance to make peace with myself and have faith in all I do. This sounds awfully religious for someone of little religious beliefs but its more a belief in myself. I realized the day after I got my beautiful dove I placed her on the back of my foot, a place that seems to give me the strength to move my foot forward with peace and take each day as a blessing.

My attitude in life is beginning over again, I'm considering this second quarter century of my life to really be the true beginning.

I will be who I was ment to be from this day forth.
